Community Collaborative Workshops

Facilitated by Dr. Judith Sedgeman, these workshops are designed to be an experiential exploration in how the Principles are related to situations in which people are called to leadership, and how leadership based in the 3 Principles brings out the best in people and communities to create collaboration and shared responsibility and success.

Leadership is a human quality; every single human being has it within them. In everybody's lifetime, there are moments when we have to step up and take leadership, and an understanding of the 3 Principles takes the loneliness out of it — we know we can count on everyone’s gifts to come together to solve problems and lead change.

Just remember: when you draw out the wisdom in other people and you help them to see their power as the thinkers of their own thoughts, they can do amazing things. So can you. Together, we can accomplish anything.

CSC is recognized throughout the Three Principles world for our work in communities.

From the beginning, we've built on the broad body of work and remarkable results our founder Roger Mills helped to create in distressed communities and schools across the United States.

With our strong foundation of work in creating and engaging common understanding within communities around the country, we have created a virtual online workshop to help you understand effective community leadership from a deeper and more meaningful perspective.

Our next workshop will begin January 9th and will run for 8 weeks on Tuesdays at 11am ET.

"People have to pick up a feeling that there's something here that's nice, that's positive. That's why we spent so much time at Modello at the beginning just getting the feeling out there, just having fun with people … because we wanted people to see that there's a nicer feeling available to them than what they were used to. So it's in that feeling."

– Roger Mills, Modello
