"Life is simpler than we think. The strive to survive and seek a better state drives many of us, regardless to the impact on ourselves and others. When we discover the affect our state of mind has on our experience and where that comes from, the innate ability to thrive is released and we are freed from the prison of our minds."
Through coaching and group workshops, BR uses a psychosocial paradigm called the 3 Principles to create change and tap into the source of unlimited peace of mind and wellbeing. Everything else, such as sustainable recovery, thriving businesses, happy relationships, and financial security, follows. The social mission of Beyond Recovery is to challenge the way addiction and mental health is viewed and treated.
After years of exploring all kinds of traditions and approaches to the human condition, in the year 2012 I stumbled upon the Three Principles. In them I found the clarity I needed to identify what was essential within everything I had learned and bring it together in a simple and practical way.
In the last few years, I have experienced in the flesh the way this understanding can free our human potential and the difference it can make in terms of peace of mind, creativity, productivity and overall wellbeing.
My own personal transformation ignited the desire to share the understanding not only with a few friends and clients, but to make it accessible to the Spanish speaking community worldwide.
That is why my husband and I created Sohbet, the first Spanish speaking Three Principles school, where we offer all kinds of services related to the Three Principles.
